There will be a band booster meeting this monday in the band hall.  On Thursday the band will be preforming it’s Christmas concert in the McHi Auditorium.

I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and a safe trip if you are traveling out of town to be with family. For those of you that are not venturing out, I would like to take this opportunity to ask for your help this coming Saturday November 26th. If you have not heard by now McAllen Memorial will be hosting San Antonio Reagan Saturday November 26th at 3 PM at McAllen Memorial Veterans Stadium. McHi band booster club has another opportunity to raise money! We will be manning the visitors side of the field along with volunteers from Nikki Rowe’s band boosters. We need a total of 12 volunteers from McHi for this game, and as a reminder the proceeds from concessions will be divided among the three McAllen Band Booster Clubs and will ultimately benefit our band kids. If you can help, please call me or email me no later then Wednesday November 23rd, so I can turn in our volunteer list.  Please report at 1:30 PM on Saturday and I look forward to working with you again.

I first want to thank you, for all your hard work and support in helping out at the concession stand this past season. Our band kids accomplished what they set out to do this year and our football team was just as successful. There is a football game this coming Saturday November 19, 2011 at 4 PM at McAllen Memorial Stadium. McAllen will host the game between Laredo Alexander and Brownsville Pace. We have been asked to assist in working the concession stand along with Rowe and Memorial. If you would like to volunteer to work the game this Saturday please email me with your response. Our quota is for 8 volunteers. If you decide to volunteer you need to be at the football stadium no later then 2 PM on Saturday. We will be working the visitors side of the field. I will not be able to work this game due to being out of town. Again, thank you for all your help and support.
