12:45 p.m.      Band Hall opens

1:00                 Arrive at Band Hall and get ready

1:15                 Meet on practice field for Run-Through

We will wear shorts, band shirt, band shoes and black socks.

                        Be prepared to dress in your uniform on the bus

2:30                 Leave for La Joya

3:15                 Arrive in La Joya

4:00                 Warm-up

4:45        McHi Band Performance

Load equipment and wait for results

The boosters will be providing a light meal

 

7:30                 Arrive at McHi (if we don’t make finals)

11:00               Arrive at McHi (if we MAKE finals)

Notes:

 

• Make sure that you EAT before you arrive at the band hall.
• Don’t forget your wristband.
• Know ALL of your music and ALL of your drill.
• Black socks, shoes and band shirt.
• MAKE MUSIC!
