Texas Music Festivals is proud to organize the annual “City of Palms” marching festival at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium in McAllen, Texas.

This festival is designed as a Pre-Area UIL contest with five judges giving UIL comments to help your band prepare for the annual Pigskin Jubilee and UIL Area Marching Contest.
