There will be a Band Booster Meeting Monday February 6, 7:00pm
The main topic of the meeting will be the Famous BBQ coming up on Feb 26. 1/2 chicken with all the trimmings. $6 a plate
Tickets were sent out to students Monday for the Famous BBQ. Each band student received 20 tickets and they will be responsible for selling 20 tickets which will be due on February 8th.
We are asking for donations ranging 2 to 5 dollars from each student to help off-set the cost of purchasing food. This donation should be turned in by the 8th of February.
There will be a contest between the bands for the band selling the highest average of tickets sold per band.
We will be needing volunteers to help during several shifts the night before and the day of the BBQ. Signup sheets will be at the meeting. We need everyone’s help to pull this off. Even if just for a few hours.
The BBQ will be Sunday February 26th. And serving will be between 11 and 2pm at the McAllen Palmer Pavilion located on the corner of Hackberry and McColl.
